About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility
  • Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the application process
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting requisite information
  • Operate within the mortgage sales environment including Loan Origination Systems, CRM, and credit vendor systems
  • Communicate constantly with prospects, loan applicants, and 3rd party vendors throughout the mortgage process

Requirements

  • Current Missouri resident
  • Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate
  • Passed the SAFE exam
  • 3+ years of mortgage lending experience
  • Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, changing team environment
