Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch performance including sales and collections
• Lead and develop a small team through coaching and accountability
• Drive daily execution and ensure results are consistently met
• Handle customer conversations regarding payments
• Maintain structure and organization in daily operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled hours including Saturdays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Experience leading teams and managing performance
• Ability to operate in a metric-driven environment
