Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with leadership values
• Foster a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service
• Provide proactive training and development to strengthen team capabilities
• Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Clean driving history with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related convictions within the past 10 years
