Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with leadership values and safety standards
• Guide staff in delivering exceptional, customer-centered service and resolving issues promptly
• Provide ongoing training and development to strengthen team capabilities
• Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Clean driving history (no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related convictions within the past 10 years)
