Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards are consistently met through team motivation, training, and development
• Mentor the team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
• Achieve store and company sales targets by setting and monitoring KPIs
• Maintain operational objectives, policies, and procedures through high standards of compliance
• Manage staff rotas, payroll budgets, and stock deliveries
• Coordinate store stock takes and maintain stock accuracy standards
• Plan and execute impactful store promotions to boost sales
• Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
• Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
• Ability to create and sustain great relationships
• Professional presentation representative of the brand
