Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor individual and team performance and implement corrective action plans
• Track Caribbean and European program performance independently
• Ensure timely follow-up on FFP payments, invoices, and receipts
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a competent and motivated team
• Ensure timely and professional lead response and proper CRM usage
• Resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining brand reputation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in investment, Real Estate, or Hospitality
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and sales performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial management and customer service principles
