Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve financial goals
• Drive business growth by acquiring and expanding small business relationships through community engagement and outside calling
• Manage branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures
• Develop and maintain a network of Centers of Influence (COIs) to identify prospective client referrals
• Oversee talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for the branch team
• Partner with internal business lines, such as Mortgage and Business Banking, to deepen client relationships

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach a successful team
• Minimum of 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit (including loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios)
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business
• Excellent communication and strong public speaking skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Notary License

• Competitive base salary range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00
• Eligibility for incentive compensation, including production, commission, and discretionary incentives
