Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve branch goals.
• Drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of small business relationships and community networking.
• Manage branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures.
• Execute outside calling and develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to identify prospective client referrals.
• Oversee staffing, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing work schedules for direct reports.
• Deliver consistent performance management through observational coaching and joint sales calls.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach a successful team.
• 3+ years of small business deposit and credit experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit (including loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios).
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Notary License.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $69,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.
