Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve branch goals.
• Drive business growth through the acquisition and expansion of small business relationships and deposits.
• Engage in community outreach and outside calling to develop networks and Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Manage branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures.
• Oversee branch staffing, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing work schedules.
• Partner with internal business lines, such as Mortgage and Business Banking, to deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach a team.
• Minimum of 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit (including loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios).
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Notary License.
