Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve branch goals.
• Drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of small business relationships and community networking.
• Manage branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures.
• Engage in outside calling and develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to identify prospective client referrals.
• Oversee talent management, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management for the branch team.
• Facilitate daily team activities such as morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs to ensure alignment with the Branch Playbook.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach successful teams.
• 3+ years of experience in small business deposit/credit and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit (including loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios).
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Notary License.
