Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve business goals.
• Drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of small business relationships and community networking.
• Manage branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures.
• Engage in outside calling and develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to identify prospective client referrals.
• Oversee talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for direct reports.
• Partner with internal lines of business, such as Mortgage and Business Banking, to deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach successful teams.
• 3+ years of small business deposit and credit experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts (e.g., debt-to-income, loan-to-value).
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Notary License.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $69,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.
