Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve branch goals.
• Drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of small business relationships and community networking.
• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures.
• Execute outside calling and develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to identify prospective client referrals.
• Oversee talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for all direct reports.
• Partner with internal lines of business, such as Mortgage and Business Banking, to deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach a successful team.
• Minimum of 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts (e.g., debt-to-income, loan-to-value).
• Proven ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Excellent communication and strong public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Notary License.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00.
