About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, develop, and motivate production and customer service teams
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for employees
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided
- Collaborate with Project Managers regarding automotive sales, tires, and batteries
- Maintain hands-on involvement in daily operations and employee tasks
- Oversee inventory control for vehicles, tires, batteries, and catalytic converters
- Purchase and sell used vehicles
- Oversee local marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage stress
- Capacity for learning

- Knowledge of automotive parts
