Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, develop, and motivate production and customer service teams
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients
• Collaborate with Project Managers for automotive, tire, and battery sales
• Participate actively in daily operations with a hands-on approach
• Maintain and control inventory of vehicles, tires, batteries, and catalysts
• Purchase and sell used automobiles
• Manage local marketing efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
• Knowledge of automotive parts is an asset
• Leadership skills
• Ability to manage stress
