Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments and overseeing operations.
• Act as a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company values.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through consistent coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen the branch's community presence.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following all policies, procedures, and acting with integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proven track record of coaching and empowering employees to achieve results.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
