Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments.
• Act as a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company values.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through consistent coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen the branch's community presence.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following all policies, procedures, and acting with integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of empowering employees.
• Experience working within risk and control environments.
• Ability to successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program.
• Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
