Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring adherence to all laws, legal regulations, and ISO standards
• Manage P&L, including accounting, financial controlling, strategic planning, and yearly budget preparation
• Lead and supervise up to 50 employees, managing recruitment, training, development, and performance
• Drive business growth and maximize utilization of business potential within the designated geographical area
• Optimize branch transactions to increase sales and decrease costs while maintaining high service quality
• Support sales staff and accompany sales calls to develop and expand customer relationships
• Manage financial matters including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Forward Stocking Location (FSL)

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
• Proven experience managing P&L and strong financial acumen
• Extensive knowledge of air, ocean, and supply chain/logistics operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and people management skills

• Experience with CargoWise
• Additional international language skills
