About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the Juarez UABC branch location
- Manage and lead branch staff to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient care standards
- Supervise biological sample collection processes
Requirements
- Degree/Certification in Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB (titulado)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care
- Proficiency in biological sample collection using the vacutainer method
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage KPIs
