About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical diagnostic services and oversee daily operations at the Playas de Tijuana branch
- Manage branch staff and provide effective leadership to the team
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
- Oversee the collection of biological samples using the vacutainer method
Requirements
- Degree or certification as a Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB (titulado)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care
- Proven experience in biological sample collection (vacutainer)
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills
- Experience in KPI management and customer service
