Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical sample collection, including handling difficult patient cases, and provide training to staff on these techniques.
• Coordinate customer service operations within the branch and resolve any incidents or issues that arise.
• Ensure the branch is fully equipped with all necessary tools and medical supplies.
• Analyze sales representative results to propose operational improvements and support medical visits.

Requirements

• Degree or technical certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Nursing Technician (intern or graduated).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sample collection.
• Previous experience as a Sample Supervisor.
