Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
• Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and sample shipments
• Oversee branch operations including inventory management and cash control (audits and closings)
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure service excellence
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure all activities comply with current company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree and professional license (Título y cédula) in Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB
• 3 years of experience in patient care and biological sampling
• Technical knowledge of sampling and at least one diagnostic imaging modality (radiological or non-radiological)
• Strong leadership, supervision, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling
