Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service within the branch and provide immediate solutions to any incidents.
• Ensure the branch has all necessary tools and supplies to maintain operational excellence.
• Meet branch sales budgets by reviewing daily indicators, analyzing reports, and managing actions across different segments.
• Analyze sales representative results to propose improvements and provide support during medical visits.
• Receive, record, and follow up on all customer complaints, suggestions, comments, and compliments according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health-related fields, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sampling Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Branch Lead.
