About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and personnel for a boutique business branch team, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.
  • Execute outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities and achieve financial production goals.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.
  • Partner with business or commercial bankers to provide expertise regarding business deposits and related services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, Lending, or Financial Services (including supervisory experience), OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to visit customers and other offices.
  • Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial guidance.
  • Strong financial literacy, financial analysis skills, and knowledge of business banking products.
  • Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Experience working directly with commercial clients.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
