About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage performance and personnel for a boutique business branch team, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.
- Execute outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities and achieve financial production goals.
- Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
- Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.
- Partner with business or commercial bankers to provide expertise regarding business deposits and related services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, Lending, or Financial Services (including supervisory experience), OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to visit customers and other offices.
- Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial guidance.
- Strong financial literacy, financial analysis skills, and knowledge of business banking products.
- Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Experience working directly with commercial clients.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
