Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and personnel for a boutique business branch, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.
• Execute outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities and achieve financial production goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to uncover sales or referral opportunities and provide relevant financial guidance.
• Ensure operational soundness by complying with all regulations, bank policies, and risk management procedures.
• Oversee general office management duties to ensure branch efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, customer service, lending, or financial services (including supervisory experience) OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in these areas.
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to other offices and customer locations.
• Strong financial literacy and financial analysis skills.
• Proven knowledge of business banking products and services.
• Expertise in structured sales processes and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Business Development.
• Background in Business Banking.
• Knowledge of specific products including Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Lending.
