Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and personnel for a boutique business branch, providing coaching and feedback to drive associate development.
• Execute outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities and achieve financial and production goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Partner with business or commercial bankers to provide expertise regarding business deposits and related services.
• Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales, customer service, lending, or financial services (including supervisory experience).
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Sales, customer service, lending, or financial services (including supervisory experience).
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to other offices and customer locations.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of business banking products and services.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to network and build centers of influence.
• Experience in business development and treasury management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and financial analysis capabilities.
