About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, including installation projects and service delivery
- Supervise and develop branch staff including department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members and technicians
- Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and project profitability
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to implement company policies and growth strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fire protection, construction, or related industry with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems, access control, IP camera systems, intercom & nurse call systems
- Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations
