Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations, including installation projects and service delivery
• Supervise and develop branch staff including department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members and technicians
• Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer support
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and project profitability
• Coordinate with corporate leadership to implement company policies and growth strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fire protection, construction, or related industry with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems, access control, IP camera systems, intercom & nurse call systems
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations
