Branch Manager - Fire Protection & Maintenance

About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is a major player in fire protection and an installer of sprinkler extinction systems since 2001. We ensure compliance, performance, and quality on every project through our local agencies and production workshops.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop local activity for both maintenance (SAV) and new construction markets
• Manage commercial development and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Oversee business operations from A to Z, including surveys, quoting, procurement, execution monitoring, and work reception
• Organize and coordinate maintenance interventions and small works
• Manage and support local teams
• Monitor performance indicators and manage daily branch operations
• Research and develop local partnerships

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in building, industry, or civil engineering
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction, industry, or sprinkler systems
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory for site visits
