Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of branch operations, including counter and warehouse functions
• Implement strategies to drive sales growth and manage P&L performance
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and House Account holders to ensure high satisfaction
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 7 associates across sales, operations, and logistics
• Manage and optimize local pricing, inventory, and logistics to maintain efficiency
• Promote a "First in Safety" culture by adhering strictly to HSE policies and behaviors

Requirements

• 3+ years of management or sales leadership experience
• 5 years of market development industry experience
• Proven competence in P&L execution and financial management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and lead effectively through stressful situations
