Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations for a new North Kansas City location specializing in Plumbing and HVAC products.
• Drive sales growth and manage P&L execution to achieve branch financial goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and House Accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Manage and develop a team of associates, fostering a high-performance culture and a "customer-first" focus.
• Optimize local pricing, inventory, and logistics to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Uphold a "First in Safety" culture by strictly adhering to all HSE policies and behaviors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management or sales leadership.
• 4 years of experience in market development within the industry.
• Strong financial competence with proven experience in P&L management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
