Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations, including inside sales, counter, and warehouse teams.
• Manage a team of 15 to 25 associates, fostering a high-performance culture and driving associate development.
• Drive sales growth and manage P&L execution to achieve branch financial goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and House Accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Implement local strategies to compete effectively in the market and optimize pricing, inventory, and logistics.
• Maintain a "First in Safety" culture by strictly adhering to all HSE policies and behaviors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management or sales leadership.
• 1 year of experience in market development within the industry.
• Proven competence in P&L management and financial execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and lead effectively through stressful situations.
