About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop branch administrative staff
- Act as the main point of contact for HQ communications, including billing and payroll audits
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through staff training
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, care planning, and ongoing supervision
- Assist staffing supervisors with caregiver scheduling
- Perform periodic quality audits of documentation
- Resolve escalated client or caregiver concerns
- Align marketing efforts with branch capacity and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or extensive industry and management experience
- 2-5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in home care or a healthcare setting
- Healthcare Management degree
