About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial development and performance of the profit center through prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty
- Propose personalized solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and apprenticeship
- Manage the profit center by monitoring and animating KPIs to ensure profitability
- Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
- Supervise candidate and temporary worker pools, including sourcing and training strategies
- Manage, support, and develop the skills of a local team
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strategic vision and a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and grow a team
