Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Calgary branch including P&L, sales revenue, and distribution
• Achieve branch sales targets and oversee profitability
• Manage office functions such as Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, and customer service
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Ply Gem Canada customer base
• Oversee warehouse, freight, and inventory management to ensure sufficient turns
• Lead hiring, orientation, training, and development of all staff
• Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and security
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and communicate corporate goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (Business Management preferred)
• 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in construction
• Previous P&L responsibility
• Proven leadership and communication skills
