Responsibilities

• Guarantee an exceptional experience for all customers at the Saltillo Plaza Real branch
• Manage the general administration of the branch alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the achievement of sales and service goals and objectives
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and cash register closures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management focused on product or service sales
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Experience with cash handling and inventory management
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
