Responsibilities
- Guarantee an exceptional experience for all customers at the Escobedo branch
- Manage the general administration of the branch alongside a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the achievement of sales and service goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and cash register closures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business management focused on sales of products or services
- Proven experience in leadership and staff management
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
