Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives and robust systems
• Oversee the operational and financial performance of sites, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage performance, talent development, and succession planning to drive team engagement and retention
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize processes and support strategic market growth
• Implement efficiency and cost-reduction programs to increase profitability while maintaining safety standards

Requirements

• Qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent experience in a chemical/industrial environment
• Proven experience in operational management within liquid waste, manufacturing, or logistics
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong financial and commercial capability, including branch-level P&L management
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of operational improvement
