About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer branch operations including sales, service, control, and human resources management.
- Manage staff to ensure clear priorities, high service standards, and effective execution of daily tasks.
- Execute planning and budgeting activities to meet annual branch objectives.
- Conduct daily meetings to communicate business strategies, new initiatives, and company expectations.
- Supervise performance to ensure branch metrics are met and implement action plans for customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch controls and compliance to manage risk and ensure positive internal audit results.
- Identify training needs and create professional development plans for team members.
- Direct recruitment, selection, and onboarding for sales and operations roles within the branch.
- Evaluate business risks to protect company reputation, assets, and clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
