Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a profit center in Le Neubourg, overseeing a team of approximately 40 employees.
• Act as a leader and mentor, fostering a positive work environment and driving team synergy.
• Define and execute the agency's commercial strategy through annual action plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both new prospects and existing clients.
• Oversee production by managing human and material resources and ensuring strict adherence to Safety and Quality standards.
• Guarantee the achievement of revenue and profitability targets while monitoring client solvency.

Requirements

• Technical training in electrical engineering (high voltage and low voltage).
• Proven experience in management or as an experienced Business Manager/Activity Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the building sector, specifically within tertiary environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, rigor, and tenacity.
• A field-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
