Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team in sales, execution, and financial results
• Motivate the team to achieve success metrics in financials, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Manage branch operations including sales, project management, dispatch, maintenance, and facilities
• Build a local culture of trust, progress, and recognition through team development
• Collaborate with other branches to execute work across the national footprint

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience developing teams and company culture
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation
• Financial skills to manage business plans and success metrics
• Project management experience in construction or industrial industries
• Proficiency in computer software and management reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
