About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the branch team in sales, execution, and financial results
- Motivate the team to achieve success metrics in financials, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Manage branch operations including sales, project management, dispatch, maintenance, and facilities
- Build a local culture of trust, progress, and recognition through team development
- Collaborate with other branches to execute work across the national footprint
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience developing teams and company culture
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation
- Financial skills to manage business plans and success metrics
- Project management experience in construction or industrial industries
- Proficiency in computer software and management reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
