Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch as a business owner responsible for sales, execution, and financial results
• Motivate the team to achieve success metrics in financials, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Build and develop a local culture of trust, progress, and recognition
• Oversee operations including sales, project management, dispatch, maintenance, and facilities
• Collaborate with other branches to execute work across the national footprint
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or sufficient equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in developing teams and building company culture
• Mechanical aptitude with a track record in rigging, lifting, fabrication, or transportation
• Financial literacy to manage business plans and success metrics
• Project management experience within construction or industrial industries
• Proficiency in computer software and management reporting
