Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Apply company underwriting philosophy to risk analysis, technical rate determination, and capacity determination
• Execute branch marketing plans and develop senior-level client relationships
• Attract and retain top talent through strong performance management and leadership
• Manage business expenses and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience at a management or senior management level
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Extensive network and excellent contacts with commercial and corporate brokers across the region
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders
• Ability to market effectively to senior industry individuals

Preferred Qualifications

• CII qualification or higher
