Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch performance including sales and collections
- Lead and develop a small team through coaching and accountability
- Drive daily execution and ensure results are consistently met
- Handle customer conversations regarding payments
- Maintain structure and organization in daily operations

- Ability to work scheduled hours including Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

- Experience in a metric-driven environment
