Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage safe operations and supervise a team of drivers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to provide excellent service
• Offer expert advice to customers regarding product selection and technical support
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive retail sales
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
• Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance metrics
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards
• Lead and supervise direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the welding industry
• Proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of SAP
