Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve branch goals
• Coach and develop employees to drive growth, teamwork, and service excellence
• Oversee branch operations, lending, and member services with integrity and compliance
• Build community connections through events, partnerships, and SEG relationships
• Manage staffing, performance, and resources to ensure efficiency
• Maintain branch facilities, security, and vendor partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years in financial services, sales, or leadership (plus)
• Strong drive, teamwork, and passion for helping members
