Branch Logistics Supervisor - Non CDL

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch logistics department to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
• Schedule delivery employees on a daily and on-call basis and perform daily route preparation
• Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory requirements, including DOT, hours of service, and hazardous materials regulations
• Supervise, coach, and manage the performance of a team of nonexempt employees
• Maintain daily vehicle maintenance logs, incident reports, and warehouse stock levels
• Troubleshoot staffing shortages, route issues, and equipment loading challenges
• Respond to inquiries from patients, vendors, and delivery employees regarding orders and incidents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum of three years of driving history
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the Home Healthcare industry
• Two years of equivalent supervisory experience
• Two years of experience in inventory management
• Proficiency with inventory management software (ACIS / JDE) or Roadnet Information Center (RIC)
