Branch Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and sorting of shipments arriving at the Aydın branch based on carrier zones
• Oversee the handover of shipments to business partners and ensure daily operational continuity
• Monitor branch performance through system tracking and manage return processes
• Track consumable supplies and identify distributor needs for procurement notifications
• Lead and develop the local team, monitoring their performance and professional growth
• Ensure branch compliance with 6S and Occupational Health and Safety (ISG) standards
• Manage customer requests and ensure efficient information flow to carriers

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership or operational position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong orientation toward teamwork and collaborative environments
