Branch Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and sorting of shipments arriving at the Fethiye branch based on carrier zones
• Oversee the handover of shipments to business partners and ensure operational continuity
• Monitor branch performance through internal systems and manage daily operational workflows
• Track consumable supplies and identify distributor needs to facilitate purchasing requests
• Manage the entry and tracking of returns and re-shipment processes
• Lead and develop the team, monitoring performance and supporting professional growth
• Ensure compliance with 6S and Occupational Health and Safety (ISG) standards
• Manage customer requests and ensure effective information flow to carriers

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar operational or leadership roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
