Branch Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and sorting of shipments arriving at the Akhisar branch based on carrier zones
• Oversee the handover of shipments to business partners and ensure smooth daily operational workflows
• Monitor and manage consumable supplies and identify distributor needs for procurement
• Track return shipments in the system and manage re-dispatch processes
• Monitor branch performance through system metrics and ensure compliance with 6S and Occupational Health and Safety (ISG) standards
• Lead and develop the team by measuring performance and supporting professional growth
• Manage customer requests and ensure effective information flow to carriers

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong orientation toward teamwork and collaborative environments
