About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Experience leading more than 5-10 team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system preferred)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willing to be stationed in Amanuban Tengah - Timor Tengah Selatan
