Responsibilities

• Implement internal audit work plan including preliminary analysis, working papers, and audit reports
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance
• Implement systems and procedures related to audit process
• Identify root causes of audit findings
• Prepare detailed audit working papers and reports in a systematic and timely manner
• Define recommendations to improve internal control and business process quality
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct fraud investigations if required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related
• 2+ years of progressive experience in audit and/or financial analysis, planning, and management
• Good knowledge of internal audit standards, principles, and risk management
• Familiarity with COSO framework and concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel and work outside Jakarta frequently
• Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills
